Refund Policy for Huxler Pro

At Huxler, we strive to provide the best experience for our users. If you subscribe to Huxler Pro, our premium plan offering advanced features and access, this Refund Policy explains the terms under which you may request a refund.


1. Subscription Overview

Huxler Pro is a subscription-based plan that provides users with access to additional features and tools to enhance their experience on the platform. Subscriptions may be billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan.


2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

a. Technical Issues

If you experience significant technical problems that prevent you from accessing or using the Huxler Pro features and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund.

b. Duplicate Charges

If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription period, you are eligible for a refund of the duplicate charges.

c. Billing Errors

If there is an error in billing or an unauthorized charge, you may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction.

d. Cancellation During Free Trial

If your subscription includes a free trial period, you will not be charged until the trial ends. However, if you are charged due to an issue after canceling during the trial, you are eligible for a refund.


3. Refund Exclusions

Refunds are not provided under the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued if you decide you no longer want to use Huxler Pro after purchasing.
  • Partial Usage: Refunds will not be granted for unused time within a subscription period. For example, if you cancel halfway through a monthly or annual plan, the remaining time will not be refunded.
  • Violation of Terms and Conditions: If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for a refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Email us at hello@huxler.app with the subject line "Refund Request." Provide the following details:
    • Your full name.
    • The email associated with your Huxler account.
    • The payment date and amount.
    • The reason for your refund request.
  2. Review Process: Once we receive your request, our team will review it and notify you of the outcome within 5-7 business days.

5. Refund Timeline

  • If your refund request is approved, the refunded amount will be processed within 7-14 business days depending on your payment provider or bank.

6. Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your Huxler Pro subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel:

  • Before Renewal Date: You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
  • After Renewal Date: Your subscription will remain active for the current billing period, and you will not receive a refund for that period.
